2026 Adult Confirmation

2026 Adult Confirmation Registration
The Sacrament of Confirmation completes the Sacraments of Initiation into the Catholic Church. Through the Sacrament of Confirmation, we renew our Baptismal promises, receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit and commit to living a life of maturity in the Christian faith. Holy Trinity offers Confirmation Preparation for adults (over 18) that have not had the opportunity to receive this Holy Sacrament and who have already been baptized, received their First Holy Communion, and are a practicing Catholic.
Requirements

Over the age of 18
Must be baptized Roman Catholic who has received First Eucharist
Provide a copy of Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate
Attend all 11 Preparation Sessions
Submit Saint Report
Select a Sponsor to accompany you in the preparation process
Submit completed Sponsor Form

Sponsor Requirements

A Sponsor must be a Confirmed Catholic who lives their faith and is willing to accept the privilege of supporting their Candidate during the Confirmation preparation and beyond
A Sponsor may not be the Candidate’s parent or spouse
A Sponsor must have received all three Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion
Be at least 18 years of age
If married, it must be a valid Catholic marriage
