Supervised Practice Exemption Request
Use this form to request an exemption from the Supervised Practice requirement of the Nevada Comprehensive Licensing Examination. To qualify, you must have been actively engaged in the practice of law, in good standing, for more than six (6) continuous months within the two years immediately preceding your Nevada licensure application.

Limited or specialty admissions do not qualify for non-attorney practitioners. You must hold a full license to practice law and have been engaged in practice under the rules of your licensing jurisdiction.

Submission of this form does not exempt you from any other components of the Nevada Comprehensive Licensing Examination or the Nevada Supreme Court Rules governing admission.
