The AR Alliance is organized as a division of SPIE, The International Society for Optics and Photonics. As such, SPIE provides the AR Alliance with its not-for-profit legal structure and serves as the AR Alliance's IT and membership administrator. Membership in SPIE is not required for joining the AR Alliance.
The AR Alliance's membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st. Memberships established after January 31st will be prorated to cover membership through December 31st. For renewals, invoices for annual membership dues will be sent prior to January 1st of each membership year.
For new members, membership rights and privileges will commence once we have received your submitted and signed Membership Agreement. To maintain active member status, membership dues must be received within 60 days of invoicing.
Except to the extent otherwise explicitly required or permitted by the SPIE and the AR Alliance Bylaws, all notices under this Membership Agreement will be delivered electronically. Electronic notices will be deemed given when sent. Members will be solely responsible for providing and timely updating contact details for its Primary Representative and all secondary contact persons.
By joining the AR Alliance, you agree to be bound by our Code of Conduct.
