Future Lifesavers Program - EOI

A program for 13-15yo's in Summer 2026. The program will be held in Whyalla and Murray Bridge. Participants will work towards completing their Surf Rescue Certificate.
Please note the following important information.

- By the midpoint of the program, participants will need to be able to swim 200m in 5minutes or less.

- Participants are required to have sound written, verbal, mathematical and digital skills.

- Participants will need to have access to a computer/ device to complete online learning.

- Participants are expected to attend the vast majority of sessions. If participants are unable to attend a session, there is an expectation that they notify the relevant pool/ lifesaving club PRIOR to the start time.

If my child's EOI is accepted, I give permission for my child listed above to participate in the SLSSA Future Lifesavers Program, run between February and April 2026I agree that photos taken may be used by Surf Life Saving SA in annual reports or in other official SLSSA publication.I agree to delegate my authority to the SLSSA Staff, Instructors and volunteers involved. Such SLSSA personnel may take whatever disciplinary action they deem necessary to ensure the safety, well-being and successful conduct of the participants as a group, or individually.I also authorise the SLSSA personnel to obtain medical assistance which they deem necessary should an accident occur and agree to pay all medical and dental expenses incurred.I submit the included health information and details of limitations for the activity concerned.
