Activity Campaign Order Form

Fill out the order form below, and soon you and your colleagues will join an exciting activty campaign.

The process is as follows:

1. Fill out this form.

2. After registering, you will receive an e-mail from support@kobla.no with instructions how to proceed and material suited for intranet and similar.

3. The campaign will run for 4 weeks. During the campaign, Kobla will handle all prize draws and prize distribution.

4. Once the campaign is complete, you will receive reports and stats.

By registering you agree to join the campaign and receive information related to the campaign. Your data are confidential and will not be shared with 3rd parties or used for any other purposes than the campaign.  

 

 

Start date

Enter the date you would like the campaign to start below. Note: The campaign always starts on a Monday and runs for 4 weeks.

The participants are asked to join the same week, or at the end of the previous week, typically Thursday or Friday.

Teams?

If you are part of an larger organization, we reccomend adding multiple teams with appriximately 100-200 employees in each team. For example:

• Admin, Production and Sales

• Floor-1, Floor-2 and Floor-3

Reccomendation: Avoid small teams.
