Food & Meal Policy
A snack and lunch are included daily. Parents may provide a sack lunch if preferred. All allergies must be disclosed.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Drop-off begins at 7:30 AM. Late pick-up after 5:00 PM will be charged $1 per minute.
Behavior Policy
Positive guidance is used. Repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal.
Field Trip Permission
Permission is granted for all scheduled trips and guest visits during Helping Hands Week.
Liability Agreement
I understand normal risks are involved and release Bell's Educare except in cases of gross negligence.
Parent Agreement
By signing below and submitting the non-refundable $25 registration fee per child, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all policies outlined in this document. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable and that camp tuition must be paid in full by the stated due date February 23, 2026.
