  • This form is for students requesting academic or supporting documents from Ikon.


    Before submitting your request, please ensure the following:

    1. Your final results are available in the My Results tab in the Student Portal.
    2. You do not have any outstanding fees. All fees must be cleared before any documents can be issued.

     
  • Important Information:

    • Multiple Courses: If you are enrolled in, or have completed, more than one course at Ikon, you must submit a separate request for each course to receive the relevant documents.
    • VET Records: For students who completed a VET course with Ikon before 2018, we are unable to provide transcripts or records, as Ikon Institute is no longer recognised as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) provider and no longer has access to past student records. Students requiring VET records should contact the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) directly through: ASQA Student Records.

  • Buy submitting this form, I aknowledge and agree that: 

    • I have read and agree to all Terms and Conditions, and confirm all information provided in this form is accurate and true.
    • I have read and understood the Student Academic Progress Policy, Conferral of Awards Policy, Fee and Refunds Policy, and including all associated policies and processes related to Document issuance.
    • If I have requested the ACECQA “Working Towards ECT” Letter, I understand this document can only be issued once, and is solely intended for students who have gained employment and require a letter for their employer to submit to ACECQA for ‘Working Towards’ status approval. I acknowledge that Ikon may request verification and additional information from me to confirm eligibility before issuing this document.
    • I agree that the processing period is 5–10 business days before documents are released, which may also be extended during peak or busy periods. If I have requested a physical copy, I understand that additional time may be required.
    • Cancellation of a printed copy request must be submitted within 24 hours of making the request.

    • I have read and understood the Student Academic Progress Policy, Conferral of Awards Policy, Fee and Refunds Policy, and including all associated policies and processes related to Document issuance.
    • I understand that once I have finished my course, my Completion documents (including Testamur, AHEGS, Completion Letter, and Academic Transcript) will only be issued after Academic Board approval and official conferral.
    • I acknowledge that the processing time is 5–10 business days before documents are released. If I have requested a physical copy, I understand that additional time may be required, especially for documents sent via post.
    • Cancellation of a printed copy request must be submitted within 24 hours of making the request.
