Agreement & Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned adult member, acknowledge and agree to the following:

- I am an active Member of Peterborough Golf & Country Club in good standing.

- Should the Junior/ Divot Member’s account become suspended due to non-payment, the outstanding balance will be transferred to my PGCC account.

- I agree to be formally linked to the above-named Junior/Divot Member for the duration of their membership.

- I accept responsibility for supporting the Junior/Divot Member’s adherence to all Club bylaws, policies, rules of conduct, and safety standards.

- I understand that Junior/Divot Membership at PGCC requires an active adult Member linkage and that this linkage must be maintained for the Junior/Dicot Membership to remain active.

- I acknowledge that the Club reserves the right to amend Junior/Divot Membership policies from time to time.
