Point in Time Count Community Input Form
Help us Count Everyone.
Each year, communities across the country participate in the Point in Time Count, a one-day effort to count individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This count helps us better understand who in our community is experiencing housing instability so we can plan services, apply for funding and advocate for the resources people truly need. Not everyone experiencing homelessness is visible. This form enables community members to assist us in identifying locations to visit during the count and to share information about individuals who may otherwise be overlooked. You do not need to know names or provide identifying details. All information collected will be used only to improve the accuracy of the PIT Count.
