Items to be Sold in Booth
Please list all items to be sold in your booth Only items listed will be approved to be sold If you have multiple booths you must list what you plan on selling in each booth Upon arrival Westerner Park will indicated which items will be sold in each booth to avoid repetition of products*
Covering the privilege (but not an exclusive privilege) of the following operation at Westerner Days Fair & Exposition, subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing the exhibits at Westerner Park which I/we acknowledge are attached hereto and form part of this agreement. Each booth includes three (3) weekly admission passes. All booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Contracts will not be accepted without payment before the deadline of June 15, 2026.
Booth Pricing & Extras

Description and Cost (GST included) as follows: Inside Booth 10’ x 10’ $600.00 | Corner Booth - 10’ x 10’ $650.00 | Booth Selling Food - 10’ x 10’ $700.00 | Extra Weekly Admit Pass(three included per booth) $40.00

Booths requests are requests and not guaranteed.
Payment

Contracts will not be accepted without payment before the deadline of June 15, 2026.
Please Fill Out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and email to sflanagan@westernerpark.ca once it is completed.

Acceptance

Those who are accepted to be vendors part of this market will be required to sign an agreement in conjunction with their parents/guardians, indicating that adult supervision/support will be provided as needed. Westerner Park is not responsible for youth makers or their property/products while on site. Youth participants are subject to all vendor code of conduct policies. Please remain professional and respectful of call customers, other vendors and the market at all times.
