    Thank you for your interest in joining Lean On Me Caregiving. Because our caregivers travel directly to clients' homes throughout the community, applicants for caregiver positions must possess a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and maintain automobile liability insurance that meets Delaware minimum requirements.

    Employment with Lean On Me Caregiving is contingent upon successfully completing all pre-employment requirements, including any screenings, documentation, and clearances required by Lean On Me Caregiving and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Applicants are responsible for obtaining and paying for required pre-employment screenings and documentation unless otherwise required by law or approved by Lean On Me Caregiving. All required documentation must be submitted, verified, and approved before employment may begin.
