Are you looking for an opportunity to get a discount on your annual meeting registration? We have a special opportunity available for AMWA members to earn a discounts for their Annual Meeting registration (off-site lunch option).

We have two important initiatives that we want to galvanize around –

• HPV Prevention Week Jan 26-30 (bit.ly/hpvweek) – a week of webinars and discussions
• Navigating Reproductive Care Conversations (bit.ly/rhcnavigating) – on demand trainings for how to have empathic conversations with others

These programs are geared towards the general public as well as those in healthcare – so you can recruit family, friends, colleagues, healthcare workers, and more. We'd like to share these educational opportunities with the wider community. 

To receive Annual Meeting discounts for the trainee off-site lunch option:

• Recruit 50 people for both programs and get a 50% off coupon for the trainee off-site lunch registration
• Recruit 25 for both, you will get a 20% off coupon for the trainee off-site lunch registration
• If no one reaches the full goal, we will award those who achieve the most.

To earn FULL AMWA meeting registration waivers (trainee off-site lunch option), recruit an additional 30 individuals for both events and host one (in-person or Zoom) training for Navigating Reproductive Care Conversations Part 1 in your community (individuals you train can be included in your count above). We will provide all assets and a script. 

All participants will also be asked to volunteer at the AMWA meeting.
