Footage and Content Agreement
All footage, photographs, and recordings captured during this event are subject to the following terms:
• All footage must be tagged to HBCU FC, whether edited or unedited
• All content produced is considered a joint collaboration between the media outlet and HBCU FC
• Both parties (media outlet and HBCU FC) have full access to all material, including raw footage, photographs, and recordings
• Media outlet agrees to provide HBCU FC with copies of all footage and content according to the following timeline:
◦ Raw footage: Within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event
◦ Edited footage: Within 3 business days of the conclusion of the event

General Agreement
By submitting this questionnaire, I agree to:
• Wear my press credentials at all times during the event
• Follow all event guidelines and media policies
• Respect designated press areas and access restrictions
• Obtain consent before photographing or recording individuals when required
• Submit any required content for approval if specified in media guidelines
• Comply with the Footage and Content Agreement terms stated above
