Acknowledgement of Event Rules
I, ____________________________, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the following event rules:
My area must be professional and clean.
I am responsible for thoroughly cleaning my area. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. If I arrive after 1:30 PM, I will be turned away and not receive a refund.
I must provide my power source if needed.
I must submit three pictures of my setup.
I must provide my social media handles.
IĀ must provide my tables and use floor-reaching tablecloths.
I must have a white or business-branded EZ-up (no plain, unbranded colors) if applicable.
No "mass marketing" brands (e.g., Lululemon, Nike, etc.) are allowed.
No copyrighted images (e.g., Disney, NFL, etc.) may be used on merchandise.
No violent or explicit imagery is allowed on merchandise.
No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event.
By signing this application, I acknowledge and agree to abide by all the above rules and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
