Cosmic Coaching: Mentor Application Form
Thank you for volunteering with Cosmic Writers this semester! This is the application form to become a Cosmic Coach, a position in which you'll mentor a young writer virtually for an 8-week period this spring. You'll meet with your mentee once a week for an hour at a time, setting writing goals during the first meeting of the mentorship and spending the following 7 weeks working toward achieving those goals.

While Cosmic Coaching is intended as a virtual mentorship, we may be able to match you with a mentee who would prefer to meet in person, particularly if you live in Philadelphia, West Michigan, Glassboro, or New York City.
