I understand that images and videos may be used for marketing, promotions, social media, website content, catalogs, commercials, billboards, and advertising purposes without compensation.

    Participation and package selection do not guarantee placement in all campaigns. Final selections are based on brand needs, campaign requirements, and overall fit. All participants will receive professional content as outlined in their selected package.

    Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.


    Participation fees cover event preparation, styling coordination, media setup, editing, swag bags, and administrative costs.


    📌 Refunds & Cancellations
    All payments are non-refundable.
    If a participant is unable to attend after registering, the fee will not be refunded or transferred.
    In the event Tailor-Made by Tae LLC must cancel or reschedule the event, participants will be offered a credit toward a future Tailor-Made event or the option of a refund.


    ⏰ Arrival & Participation
    Participants must arrive on time and prepared to participate.
    Late arrivals may receive limited content due to filming schedules.
    Missed content opportunities due to tardiness or early departure will not result in a refund.
    📸 Media Usage
    By submitting payment, parents/guardians grant Tailor-Made by Tae LLC permission to photograph and record their child.
    Photos and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and branding purposes including social media, website, catalogs, commercials, and billboards.
    No additional compensation will be provided for media usage.

    Participation in Content Day does not guarantee placement in all campaigns, commercials, billboards, or fashion shows.
    All participants will receive professional content as outlined in the event description.
