2026 Life Fest Scholarship Application Form

Thank you for your interest in The Liposarcoma Support Network’s Life Fest Scholarship Program. The purpose of this scholarship/financial aid fund is to ensure that Life Fest programming is accessible to patients, family members, and caregivers seeking to deepen their understanding of liposarcoma, regardless of financial circumstances.

Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors. Please note that funds are limited, and scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

What the Scholarship Covers
If approved, the Liposarcoma Support Network may cover all or part of the following expenses:

Life Fest registration fee
Hotel room cost for Friday and Saturday nights
