  • Please read each question and respond carefully to ensure you are registering at the correct level of membership and any addition association dues.

    October 1, 2025 is the deadline for online registration and postmarked before late fee penalties will be assessed.

    When finished, double check your information to be sure it is accurate. After you have verified your information, click Submit. You will receive an e-mail with your invoice and registration information; submit a copy of this invoice with your payment to:

    If you wish to pay registration fees online, you will be responsible for paying any additional fees assessed by the bank for online payment (3.0% of the total plus $0.30).

    Membership cannot be activated until payment is received. Checks received without an invoice will be returned and will not be processed. Membership dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    Late fee penalties of $150.00 will be assesed for payments not received by
    October 1, 2025.
