I, _______________________________________, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the following rules for participation in the event(s) listed above:
Rules for All Vendors (Artisans & Food)
- My area must be professional and clean.
- I am responsible for thoroughly cleaning my area.
- Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee:
- $75 for Artisan/Cottage Vendors
$250 for Food Vendors
- Check-in is from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.(Saturday, July 4th; Parade Day)
- If I arrive after the check-in times, I will be turned away and not receive a refund.
- I must provide my power source if needed.
- I must submit three (3) pictures of my setup.
I must provide my social media handles.
- No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event.
- Late sign-up fees (week of) apply:
- $25 for Artisans/Cottage Food Vendors
$75 for Food Vendors)
A space is not guaranteed. If selected, I will receive an invoice and a welcome packet.
I must pay my invoice to secure my space by Midnight, Friday, June 12th, 2026.
- Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of my spot.
Additional Rules for Artisan Vendors
- I must provide my tables with floor-reaching tablecloths.
- If using an EZ-up, it must be white or business-branded (no plain, unbranded colors).
- The following sales items are prohibited due to legal liability:
- Mass Market Brands (e.g., Luluemon, Nike, etc.)
- Any merchandise with copyrighted imagery (e.g., Disney, NFL, etc.)
- Merchandise having violent or explicit content of any nature.
Additional Rules for Food Vendors
- A Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit is required*
