Game Submission Form
Hello! We're so excited to have you be a part of one or more of our indie board game showcase events in 2026. We just need a bit more info about your game so we can give this event as big a chance at success as possible. Please fill out the form below...

What's the name of the game you would like to demo with us?
Please check the box of each city where you intend to demo your game. For those of you who initially applied to demo in multiple cities, the purpose of this question is just to confirm that you do indeed intend to come to every city for which we originally put you down. If you no longer wish to demo at each event, only check the boxes for the cities that you are planning to come to. If you are now realizing that you want to demo in even MORE cities than initially applied for, only check the boxes for the cities where you first applied, then email us at host@quirkevents.com.
Boston, MA (February 21, 11am-6pm ET)
Chicago, IL (March 8, 4:30-8:00pm CT)
Washington, DC (March 12, 6:30-10:00pm ET)
New York, NY (March 14, 12-6pm ET)
Philadelphia, PA (March 24, 6:30-10pm ET)
What's your Instagram handle?
(Leave blank if you don't have one, but we'll tag you as we promote the event)
If you had the table space to do so, what's the most number of copies of your game you could simultaneously demo?
Please upload 1-3 photos of your game that we can share as we promote this event. These photos will primarily be used on Instagram, so they should be fun, eye-catching pictures in a 4:5 aspect ratio. If you don't have any such photos or know it'll take awhile to find them, skip this step. You can always email us some pictures at another time at host@quirkevents.com.

How many tables would you ideally like to book for this game? If you want to demo multiple copies of the same game, put as many tables as you would hope to get. We can't guarantee you'll get that many, but if we have extra table space, it helps to know who could potentially demo more games.
For our Boston event, there will be a fee of between 50 and 200 to demo your game, based on where you are stationed. We are working to create discounts for those who cannot afford the full price listed for a table. Would you like to be considered for one of these discounts?
Is there anything else you'd like to tell us? It could be additional info about your game, ways you'd be interested in being involved in the showcase or anything else you think we should know?
