Eligibility:  

Each competitor must have a valid METAL MILITIA POWERLIFTING Membership card. You should purchase this before the meet. For more information, go to :

Memberships will be good for 12 months from date of purchase

Uniforms:

MUST MEET Metal Militia SPECIFICATIONS. ONE PIECE LIFTING SUIT MUST BE WORN. (singlet if you are competing raw)

Please note that according to Metal Militia rules, knee wraps and belt and wrist wraps are allowed in the raw division.

Note: 

This is an equipped and raw meet! Raw is knee wraps or sleeves, wrist wraps and belt with 1 piece lifting singlet.  Equipped is bench shirt, squat or deadlift suit, briefs (optional), knee wraps, belt, and wrist wraps.
