Oakwood families are expected to volunteer in some way during each month of the school year. We provide many opportunitites to make a special impact on the life and vibe of our program, whether it is fixing something that's broken, or donating your choice of items from our wish list. Please let us know what special skills you bring to the community, and a preview of what areas you plan to sign up for at the Orientation Night. If you are joining after the start of the year, we will be reaching out based on your responses given here.

We endeavor to take beautiful and inspiring photos on a daily basis, and during special events. We also take portraits for the yearbook in the Spring. These candid photos and portraits are used for the yearbook, and for our internal newsletters, viewable by parents only. We also take video of our musical performances. By enrolling in Oakwood, you consent to use of photos and video for the purposes listed above.

We also occasionally use photography to raise awareness of our program on our website, social media, and in print, while never including students' names or our program location. Candid classroom photos are very helpful in conveying what Oakwood is all about, and we appreciate your consent for your child's image to represent our program. See our website for examples of use, and offer your consent for media use below, if applicable.

Your application is not complete until you have taken an in-person tour with your child, and submitted your $75 application fee. Please send that right away, so you don't forget and fail to enroll! You can Venmo Kristina-Prozesky, or mail a check to 5495 Palma Ave, Atascadero 93422.

The re-enrollment fee for current students is $50. Please submit it right away to avoid losing your spot on April 1, when open enrollment begins.

Tours are offered throughout the school year on Thursdays at 11:00am, and we must meet your child before admission. Please visit the website to set up a tour right away, and to recieve our location address.

Final admission and cohort decisions will be made by June 30 at the latest, and you will recieve a contract and more program info at that time.

This session is mandatory for all new and returning families. Students are not part of the orientation, but we will have one staff member available for babysitting all ages on the playground.
