In-Person & Online Enrollment Policy
Our primary goal at Homeschool History Outsourced is to provide a vibrant, in-person Socratic environment for our local students. New for this year, we are opening the door to students to join us virtually! While our heart is in the local classroom, we recognize that for some families—whether due to distance or scheduling—the live online format works better. We are committed to welcoming these students into our live, interactive discussions to ensure they have access to the same high-quality Socratic experience and the writing instruction that we all have come to appreciate.

The In-Person Minimum: To ensure a high-energy classroom experience, we require a minimum of 6 in-person students per section for those classes to launch.

Collaborative Decision Making (June 15th): We monitor enrollment closely. If a section has not met the 6-student minimum by June 15th, Natalia will contact those families personally to discuss the best path forward. Our first priority is to keep the class moving forward.

If the group is small, we will discuss:

Switching to a Live Online format (if the group is interested in staying together virtually).
Consolidating with another local section.
Providing a 100% refund of all registration and tuition fees if the new format does not work for your family.

Annual Commitment: I understand that enrollment is for the full duration of the course (Full Year, or Single Semester for Texas History).

Withdrawal Policy: I acknowledge that withdrawals after June 1st are subject to a fee equal to the remainder of the course tuition to ensure class sustainability and honor commitments to our instructor.

Financial Responsibility: I agree that the $65 registration fee is non-refundable and that all installment plans are a convenience, not a month-to-month subscription.

Class Viability (6-Student Minimum): I understand that in-person classes require a minimum of 6 students to move forward. If a class does not meet this minimum by June 15th, all fees will be fully refunded or transferred.
