The cost of advertising space in the 2026 Stone County Community Guide is based on ad submission in hi-resolution PDF digital format by April 13, 2026. Payment is due with signed contract. Premium page placements are confirmed through a first-come, first-served system.

Advertising space and placement of ads within the 2026 Stone County Community Guide is available on first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate your ad placement request. I/We further understand that the advertiser is fully responsible for the content and proofing of the ad itself and in no way holds the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce responsible for any errors or omissions in submitted ads. By supplying an ad for publication, advertiser confirms that permission to publish photos of individuals in said photos has been obtained. Advertiser further agrees to indemnify TRLCC against claims or cost, including attorney fees, from any actions or threatened actions resulting from publication of ad. The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request revision and/or refuse advertising it finds objectionable to its audience.

Payment Terms: I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT FULL PAYMENT FOR THE TABLE ROCK LAKE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 2026 STONE COUNTY COMMUNITY GUIDE IS DUE WITH SIGNED CONTRACT. Exceptions require prior approval. Cancellations after contract order date are non-refundable.
