Advocating for the COGI Culture (AFTCC) is COGI's Advocacy and Hill Day Event. Patient advocates have the opportunity to discuss important COGI advocacy priorities, current policies and legislations, and meet with Members of Congress to effect change. Through this travel scholarship, COGI Members and Ambassadors get the opportunity to convene and leave an imprint on our advocacy efforts.
Travel Scholarship Submission Deadline: March 4, 2026.
- Scholarship recipients will be notifed on a weekly basis through March 13, 2026 in order to coordinate proper travel arrangements.
- Registration to Advocating for the COGI Culture is a separate form that MUST be filled out once your scholarship is approved.
- Travel will not be booked until the event registration form is received.

To be eligible for a travel scholarship, you must:
- Be a Member of COGI
- Submit a travel scholarship application for review.
If you attend our Virtual Grassroot AFTCC program, you'll automatically qualify for this AFTCC travel scholarship. A scholarship submission must be completed for review.
If you are awarded a travel scholarship and do not attend the mandatory events listed in the agenda, your opportunity to receive future scholarships may be revoked. If for any reason you are absent during the event, an email must be submitted with a valid explanation to the events team for our review.
