This role involves working directly with middle school and high school youth in an after-school setting at a local apartment community. Staff members are part of our core program team and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students.

Our organization is faith-based and operates from a Christian mission and values framework. Staff are expected to be respectful of and comfortable working in this environment.
