  • Thanks for your interest in vending at the High Sierra Music Festival. Please review the following information carefully, and fill out the application below.

    PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT DATES IN YOUR CALENDAR:

    • Monday, April 6th, 2026: Application deadline. Late Applications will not be accepted.
      Monday, April 20th, 2026: Application status sent via email
      Monday, May 4th, 2026: Payment deadline (or the vendor space will be forfeited).
    • No camping in or behind booth spaces
    • Booth fees include parking in the campground for (1) Regular sized vehicle (no RV).  RV Parking must be purchased separately.

    Booth size: Three booth sizes are available based on your retail space footprint. 

    Fee structure is as follows:

    10 x 10 $1100

    (2) 4-day passes

    (1) vehicle parking pass (under 20')

    10w x 20d $1320

    (2) 4-day passes
    (1) On-site vehicle parking pass (under 20')

    20x20 $2400

     (4) 4-day passes
    (2) On-site vehicle parking passes (under 20')

     Premium corner add on   $225  

    Passes:  One additional 4-day worker pass is available per booth for $320.50. Children 5 - 12 must purchase kids tickets ($75 for four day pass) through our ticketing site. Ages 4 & under are free.

    Camping: There is NO CAMPING anywhere on the “Innergrounds” of the festival.  This includes anywhere Craft Vending booths are located.  Camping for vendors will be in a designated area of the campground.

    Parking: (1) On-site Parking Pass for a vehicle not to exceed 20' in length is included with each single sized booth. RV Passes must be purchased separately.  If you have a box truck or vehicle that will be left vacant for the duration of the weekend, you may park it in a designated area on the other side of the fairgrounds after load in at no extra cost.  Please let us know in advance about this option.

    No re-entry. Once vehicles are in the festival grounds, they must stay parked for the entire weekend.

    Electricity: *Limited* electricity is included; we ask that electrical usage be limited to only what is required to operate your booth. All cords mut be grounded 3-prong plugs. Maximum Electricity allowance per vendor is 120v, 20amps. We recommend bringing 100’ of outdoor electrical extension cord. 

    Liability Insurance: All accepted vendors will be required to carry liability insurance.Your COI must include this language under “Description of Operations”:  

    “That the State of California, the California Fair Services Authority, the District Agricultural Association, County Fair, Nevada County, High Sierra Music LLC, Citrus Fruit Fair, or California Exposition and State Fair or Entities (public or non-profit) operating California designated agricultural fairs, their directors, officers, agents, servants, and employees are made additional insured, but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned.”

    Prohibited items for sale:  tobacco, cannabis products, or illicit substances of any kind, or audio recordings is strictly prohibited.

    Easy Ups and Shade Structures: All Tents must be Registered Flame Resistant Product. Tents will be checked by Fire Marshal before start of event.
