As a volunteer, you will be responsible for serving as a faciliator for a designated breakout room for the Online Conference. Responsibilities include:

- logging in 5 minutes early to be assigned hosting role

- starting the session promptly

- recording the session and ending the recording after it concludes

- monitoring the time; for concurrent sessions ensuring the first presenter(s) ends on time so the second presenter(s) can begin

- monitoring questions in the chat

- emailing aect@aect.org with any issues or concerns

As a volunteer, you must be available to facilitate 1 session on Tuesday and all session on Wednesday or on Thursday.

A $50 reimbursement will be processed after the Online Conference ends.
