Farm Camp is for ages 4 - 11 years old. Each child must be registered individually, but payment may be submitted in a lump sum.

Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Read this carefully, this affects your legal rights.
In exchange for participation in the activity of Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc., dba Little Hands Farm Camp, and use of the properties, facilities and services of Harward Farms, Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc., Diamonds Greenhouse, Eagle Rock Horse Facility, and the principal officers, employees and agents of each of these entities and properties (herein collectively referred to as “Little Hands Farm Camp”) I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions by Little Hands Farm Camp. Little Hands Farm Camp is engaged in farming activities that involve farm animals, farm activities and other related activities that involve potential risks.

2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activities, the extent of which risks cannot be fully described in writing, and I assume full responsibility for all foreseeable and all unforeseeable personal and property injuries to myself, my family members, or any person unrelated to me that I have requested to come onto the property for the assistance of my child at Little Hands Farm Camp. I further release, discharge, defend and indemnify Little Hands Farm, for injury, illness, accident, loss or damage to myself, my family/friends/associates or my property arising from participation in Little Hands Farm Camp, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, other participants of Little Hands Farm Camp or from Little Hands Farm Camp.

3. I agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and defend Little Hands Farm Camp, against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of Little Hands Farm Camp, including any unrelated persons (friends, neighbors) who are present by my request for the assitance or care of my child.

4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Little Hands Farm Camp caused by my or my family’s negligent, reckless, intentional or willful actions.

5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Utah law in the Fourth District Court in Utah County, Utah.
I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELESASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND ASSUME CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS FOR MYSELF AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS INCLUDING MINOR CHILDREN UNDER MY CARE.*

Horse Day

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Each year at Farm Camp, we spend a morning learning about horses and even riding them! We need your permission and release of liability for each of your children to participate with the horses or be present on the property.

If you do not consent to this agreement, your children will not be able to participate this day.

FARM CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds for cancellations are available according to the cancellation deadlines below (regardless of reason, including injury or illness).*

*You may also find a qualified replacement for your spot at least 4 days before the start date of your scheduled week. The new participant's legal guardian must register and all binding documents must be signed. You and the substituting participant must acknowledge that at such late notice, they may not receive a t-shirt and may not have his/her name customized on some of the materials. A refund will not be issued to you, but you must be paid directly by your substitute.

*Partial refunds are not given for partial attendance.

*Refunds are not given after your farm camp week has begun or ended, regardless of reason.

Cancellations for Farm Camp Week 1 (June 1-5, 2026)

Refunds for cancellations made before 11:59 PM on:

*Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of your registration time. After 24 hours, your registration will be removed. If you are unable to pay via Venmo, you must contact us within 24 hours to arrange an alternate payment method (text 801-477-0871).

**T-shirt order deadline is May 11, 2026. We cannot guarantee that participant will receive a t-shirt if registered after this date.
