Thank you for your interest in participating in our Annual Super Pet Adoption Event! Please review the important updates below before registering.
Important Vendor Updates
1. Registration Fee Update
For-profit vendors will no longer be charged a registration fee. Instead, we kindly ask for the donation of an item or service for our silent auction or event raffle . Nonprofit and 501(c)(3) organizations may attend at no charge and are also welcome and encouraged (but not required) to donate an item if able. All donations directly support the success of this event and help us continue hosting it at no cost to local shelters and rescues.
2. Insurance Requirement (Now Required for All Vendors)
All participating vendors are now required to provide a Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance. This is a standard event requirement and helps ensure protection for vendors, attendees, and the event as a whole. Vendors can typically obtain this certificate through their business insurance provider. The certificate must list the following as additionally insured:

Jenny’s Hope proudly covers all park fees, additional insurance requirements, advertising, and other event necessities to ensure a successful and welcoming event for everyone.
