  • This registration page is for kids entering Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Readiness in the fall of 2026

  • The Sentinel Summer Program is a faith-filled, weekly-themed camp for children who are enrolled in Pre-K - 6 for the Fall of 2026. Summer at SMA is immersion in active learning, field trips, and exploring intriguing topics that will make kids want to dig deeper! Children will attend Mass, have theme-specific activities, field trips, take part in service opportunities, and enjoy an enriching summer experience.

    Hours of Operation:
    7:15am - 5:00pm

    Open to Students:
    Enrolled in Pre-k - Grade 6 for Fall of 2026

    (Non SMA Families are welcome to participate: registration opens April 1st)

    Location:

    Sentinel Summer Program will be located at Stella Maris Academy Jr/Sr High School Campus:

    4321 Allendale Ave., Duluth, MN 55803

    Time:
    Camp hours are 7:15am - 5:00pm. Programmed activities occur between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Some of these activities may be located offsite. Students who are dropped off after 9:00am or picked up prior to 4:00pm will need to coordinate with Sentinel Summer Program staff to assure location.

    Program Cost:

    Day Rate $65 / Day $80 / Child

    For the day rate option your schedule for the full summer must be provided by May 20th for staffing and supply needs.


    Weeks fill up fast, so don't hesitate to register as soon as possible.

    Please note:

    The activity fee is charged upon submission of this form.

    Families will be billed each month, beginning in May, for the following month's registered camps.  Payment must be paid for the month prior to camp attendance.

    Late pick up fee will be assessed for every 15 minutes late picking up children. This fee will be by the quarter hour at $15.00 per each quarter hour per family (1 - 15 minutes = $15.00, 16 - 30 minutes = $30.00 etc.)

  • Emergency Medical Release

  • In the event of an emergency, I give permission to transport my child/ward to a hospital for emergency medical treatment. I wish to be advised prior to any further treatment by the hospital or doctor. In the event of an emergency, if you are unable to reach me at the above numbers, contact the following person:

  • Authorization and Consent

  • I consent to the participation of my child/ward in the above named activity. In consideration for my child/ward's participation, I agree to reimburse and indemnify Stella Maris Academy (understood to include the Diocese of Duluth, St. James Church, Cathedral of Our Lady Church and St. John’s the Evangelist Church) for all reasonable legal and court fees incurred by Stella Maris Academy in defending a lawsuit that I or my child/ward may bring against Stella Maris Academy which relates to the above named activities if Stella Maris Academy is found not legally liable by the courts and prevails in the lawsuit. If Stella Maris Academy is found liable for the injuries sustained by child/ward, this paragraph will not apply.

    I certify that I have an understanding of this agreement and the risks and hazards associated with the activity described above that my child/ward will be participating in. I further understand that I had the opportunity to fully discuss this agreement with a representative of Stella Maris Academy to clarify any concerns or questions about the activity or this agreement that I may have had.
