Our Auction is an important part of creating a memorable and impactful event, and we are deeply grateful for each donation.

To help us showcase items beautifully and create an exceptional auction experience, please complete one form for each item being donated.

Donation Timeline
-All auction items must be received by February 28
-Perishable items must be received by March 7

Due to the planning and organization required for a smooth event, we kindly ask that items not be brought the night of the event unless prior arrangements have been made. Items received after these dates may be held for future fundraising events.

Donation Quality
To elevate the overall impact of the auction, we ask that all donated items be new, unused, and of high quality. Thoughtfully curated items help raise the energy, excitement, and success of the auction — allowing us to maximize participation and support for our cause.
