The Alberta BBQ Festival Registration Form

This is a KCBS Master Series contest. Meats are NOT included. Teams must supply their own. With a qualifying KCBS competition, teams have a chance at winning a shot at going to the American Royal or to win a bung for the Jack Daniels world championships draw. We will have water, grease, coal bins, flush toilets and power provided for you (Larger trailer units may have to supply their own power). All teams must adhere to the KCBS rules and appropriate controls that the event organizers may implement. This contest will be held in Millet on July 3rd-4th. Teams may load in on the Friday night. Waiver of Liability and General Release

I understand that the The Alberta BBQ Festival is a day and nighttime outdoor events; that the ground cover and lighting are uneven; that there are many people, temporary facilities, stationary and moving equipment on the grounds as well as other potential hazards.

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to
be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my team, executors and
administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for any and all damages I or my team may have against The Alberta BBQ Festival Commitee, its directors, representatives, sucessors, employees, contractors, guests and fellow volunteers. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the KCBS and of The Alberta BBQ Festival. I grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.

Your registration is not considered final until you etransfer payment albertabbqfestival@gmail.com . Please include your team name in the notes of the eTransfer. No refunds given. We will do our best to try to accomodate as many teams as register but will reserve the option to cap the number of entries as we see fit. Teams will be accepted in the order that the registrations and payments are received.

This event is being held in Millet. Teams will be able to come Friday evening if they would like to setup early.
