3. Sponsor Commitments
By entering into this Agreement, the Sponsor agrees to:
- Provide the sponsorship contribution associated with the selected tier
- Submit required branding materials (logo, ad assets, optional video) by FFN’s communicated deadlines
- Use National Sauna Week branding only in ways that align with FFN’s guidelines
The Sponsor may identify itself as a Sponsor of National Sauna Week 2026, but may not imply that FFN endorses the Sponsor’s products or services unless expressly agreed to in writing.
4. FFN Commitments
Finlandia Foundation National agrees to:
- Deliver the visibility, recognition, and benefits associated with the Sponsor’s selected tier
- Feature Sponsor branding across relevant FFN platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, webinars, and print publications, as outlined in the Sponsorship Package
- Make reasonable efforts to ensure Sponsor visibility during National Sauna Week and in archived content when applicable
All webinar recordings and select materials may remain publicly accessible after the event, extending Sponsor exposure beyond the official week.
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains valid through the conclusion of National Sauna Week 2026 and the fulfillment of associated sponsorship benefits.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice; however, any sponsorship benefits already delivered or promotional materials already published shall remain valid and non-revocable.
6. General Terms
- This Agreement represents the entire understanding between FFN and the Sponsor regarding National Sauna Week 2026 sponsorship
- No amendments are valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California
