    Working Hours:
    Monday - Friday: 7:45AM - 4:15PM
    Saturday: 8:45AM - 2:15PM

  • Summary

    Retail is where the best of Tropicart comes together. In this role, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and deliver a customer service experience unlike any other. 

    As a Specialist, you'll engage with customers by presenting products and services, completing inventory tasks, fulfiling orders efficiently through delivery or instore and completing other administrative task. You would engage with enthusiasm and apply product expertise to offer recommendations that help drive sales and support the overall customer experience.

  • Job Description

    • Provide exceptional service to Tropicart customers both online and in-store by actively understanding their needs, showcasing products and services, and sharing helpful tips on how to make the best purchases!

    • Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping / delivery tasks.
    • Work cohesively among team members in support of creating an efficient and proactive environment that boost an exceptional customer experience.

    • Providing Aftercare support to customers.

    • Resolving customer issues
    • Perform other administrative task such as:
      ✓ Reconciling daily transactions
      ✓ Securely collecting payments from customers
      ✓ Updating order statuses 

    • Other related duties
  • Desired Skills

    • Must have a drivers license with 2+ years experience.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.

    • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and communicate them clearly.

    • Be excited to learn more about existing and future planned Apple Products and Services, as well as 3rd Party products to enhance the customer experience.

    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment often supporting multiple
      customers at the same time and solving complex problems.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to both clearly and professionally interact with customers and other team members.

    • Be curious and open to learning from others and helping each other grow.

    • Work in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating the ability to share responsibility and accountability among other team members.
