    Reservation retainers and balances are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are transferable or can be used for a future reservation within 12 months in the event of a cancellation. There is a 50% retainer due at the time of booking confirmation/agreement which goes towards the total balance. Mock-up requests are $25 each and should you choose to book with us, the $25 goes towards your balance.

    Will accept cash, card, cashapp, venmo or money order. 

    Customer understands that vendor cannot be held liable for damage to balloons, such as popping, shrinking, discoloration, due to weather conditions, acts of God, that may affect balloon work inside or outside including, but not limited to: direct sun, rain, extreme hot or cold temps, guests or hosts moving/tampering with displays, etc.

    This form is for requesting information and quotes only. Once date & order is confirmed and agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to client.

    All orders will have an additional fee of 20% of the grand total for delivery/setup/breakdown/pickup.
