SheRides Ambassador Onboarding Checklist

Contact Number

Please provide your number so we can add you to the Ambassador WhatsApp Group - this is where we coordinate updates, share resources, and support each other

Emergency Contact Number

We require the following for safety and admin purposes: An emergency contact name, their phone number and your relationship to them. This will only be used by SheRides HQ in case of emergency.

First Aid Certificate

We require a valid and up-to-date first aid certificate. If you are already first aid trained please upload a copy for our records (a photo is fine).

If not, you can complete this free online first aid course www.firstaidforfree.com/free-first-aid-course and send us a copy of your certificate once completed We will need this certificate before you host your first social ride.

Qualifications

You are not required to hold any formal guiding, leader or coaching qualifications but if you do and you wish to offer additional guidance on your rides within the scope of your qualifications then we need to have a copy of your insurance and your qualifications. You can then act within the scope of said qualifications with the understanding that you are operating outside of our regular terms and within the terms of your own insurance and qualification.

- Any other passions or fun facts you’d like to share

- Anything you think future riders might want to know!

There’s no right or wrong here - we just want riders to get a feel for who you are. No need for an essay!

Photos for the Website

Please send at least two photos that meet the following requirements:

• Landscape or square only (no portrait orientation)
• MTB-related You in riding gear, on a ride, muddy, at the trailhead, hitting a feature, etc.
• Include your bike in the shot wherever possible
• No group photos — must be you only
• No screenshots — original image files only

Have fun with it! Action shots or fun moments are great, as long as they’re clear and MTB-focused
