The juried CWAJ Print Show submission period is from March 1 to March 31, 2026, inclusive.
The submission period for the 69th Juried Print Show has closed.
Before March 1, this form will be read only, and you will not be able to submit it. However, please feel free to look at this form to understand what you will need for submission.

Beginning March 1, you will be able to fill in the form, upload a digital copy of your artwork and submit it.
Please note:

If this form is properly submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from CWAJ immediately. If you do not receive the email, your submission has not been completed (please note there is a "review answers" button, but you must also click the "Submit" button on the next page).
Before completing this form, please read the instructions on the CWAJ website artwork submission page, and prepare your digital image and other information that you will need.

Each applicant is limited to one submission. Prints that do not meet the requirements outlined on the CWAJ website and/or require extra care to handle will not be accepted.

Minimum 5MB recommended, maximum 10MB. If you are unable to attach your photo here, please email it to submissions@cwaj.org.

The participation of an artist in the CWAJ Print Show signifies the grant by the artist of a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to the CWAJ to use the artist’s copyright for the selected print to photograph and use such photographs to prepare the Print Show catalogue and promote the CWAJ Print Show, including posts of such prints on CWAJ’s website, archive, and social media pages as well in other CWAJ publications and videos.

The CWAJ Print Show Committee will contact artists in advance if their artwork is selected for use in a product for sale to generate funds for CWAJ Scholarship and Education Programs. An artist’s agreement to such use shall include the artist’s consent to the royalty-free use of the selected work for such product.
