Please read carefully before submitting your order.
Payment Policy
• All orders are pre-order only and must be paid in full via Zelle, Cash App or Paypal to be confirmed.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the order will be cancelled without notice and items may be released to other customers.
Pickup Policy
• Orders are for Saturday porch pickup only during the designated pickup window.
• Pickup details will be sent via email or message on Friday.
• Failure to pick up during the scheduled window may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
No Refunds or Cancellations
• Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our sweet treats, all sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, or changes once payment has been received.
Product Variations
• All items are handmade in small batches.
• Minor variations in appearance, decoration, or color are normal and do not affect quality.
Food Safety Disclosure
• Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Customer Responsibility
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and pickup information.
