  • Participant expressly agrees that ABC Mississippi or any of their members or employees shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from Participant’s involvement in the Event. This includes property damage, personal injury or any other loss. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties for any losses damages, expenses and costs including reasonable attorneys' fees attributed to Participant’s acts or omissions.
