Sessions will be held the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of each month starting at 10AM. Locations determined based on participant demand and input. By registering for Learn Before You Buy: Atlanta Home Tours, you agree that: 1. Advance registration is required and tour details may change. 2. The tour is educational and not a private showing or buyer representation. 3. Participants will sign the Georgia REALTORS® Showing Agreement (GAR Form F118) and participate as a customer, not a client. 4. Additional services require a separate written agreement. 5.
