  • Please complete this application in its entirety. You will be notified by May 15th as to whether or not your child has been awarded a spot in the preschool program. All spots are awarded based on the board approved enrollment policy.

  • I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee a spot for my child in Berne Union's preschool program, and that spots are awarded based on the board approved enrollment policy. Further, I understand that Berne Union's preschool is a tuition only program, and that, should my child be enrolled in the program, I am expected to pay all tuition payments for my child in a timely manner according to the tuition and payment schedule set for the school year my child is enrolled.
