Request a leave of absence from work.
Leaves of absence are defined as any period of time longer than two weeks where you are requesting not to be scheduled and you do not have Vacation Time available to cover the absence and you expect to return to Sea Wolf with the same rate of pay and the same or equivalent role. (Note: Per this definition, you do not need to request a Leave of Absence for any period of time less than two weeks where you do not have Vacation Time.)
