Team Registrations

Indoor Tournament 

Note:  Early Bird Registrations : NOW OPEN

Registration fee/Team : $350 (Early Bird Last Date : 21st February 2026 11:59 PM (EST)

Registration fee/Team (After Early Bird Deadline) : $400

Final deadline to register is 10th March 2026 11:59 PM (EST)

 

Note: (MUST READ)

1. Registration for the team will be confirmed only after both the form and payment are submitted.

2. Completing only one of these will not secure your team's participation. To qualify for the early bird registration fee, both the form  and payment must be submitted before the early bird deadline. If only one is submitted before the deadline and the other is completed later, the standard registration fee of $400 will apply. 

3. NO REFUNDs will be provided, as tournament arrangements will be made based on the registered teams.

4. Please review the rules document carefully before registering for the tournament. The same rules will be applied consistently throughout the event, and we will be following the International Throwball Federation(ITF) rules as closely as possible.

5. Each team can have a maximum of 12 players - 7 main players and up to 5 susbtitutes. Susbtitution is stricly person-to-person only. 

Substitution Rule : For Example:

If Srujana is substituted by Sanjana, then Sanjana should be replaced back by Srujana only, and not by any other player.

5. TTC will reach out to the registered team captains to submit the Team's roster and also individual player waiver forms signed by an individual to be submitted before the tournament. 

Teams roster has to be submitted by 10th March 2026 11:59 PM.

Individual player waiver forms should be submitted by 10th March 2026 11:59PM.

6. The closing time of the tournament will depend on the number of teams registered and the total number of games scheduled, so please plan your day accordingly.
