Training Description

This 6-hour interactive training strengthens the core values of belonging, respect, safety, and connection within peer-led and recovery-oriented environments. Participants develop trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices that build trust, engagement, and inclusion.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and collaboration, participants learn to foster environments where individuals feel valued and connected. The session also introduces Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a framework for identifying strengths, encouraging positive dialogue, and co-creating meaningful change through the five phases—Define, Discover, Dream, Design, and Deliver.
