AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in yoga, hiking, and other retreat activities offered by the hosts and special guests involves physical exertion and inherent risks. I acknowledge that these activities are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating and to inform the instructor of any illness, injury, or health concerns before each session.
I agree to listen to my body and rest or modify activity as needed. If I experience pain or discomfort, I will seek assistance immediately from the teacher.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this retreat. I release and hold harmless the instructors, hosts, and facility from any liability for injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during the retreat.
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the instructors or staff to seek medical care on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent.
Payment & Reservation:
To reserve your spot, full payment is due within two weeks of registration. Pricing includes all retreat activities, meals, and accommodations.
