NOTICE: This General Release of Liability and Waiver Form ("General Release of Liability") may limit or eliminate rights afforded to you by law. You should fully understand its contents before signing.

I/We acknowledge that the nature of this tour could expose the Minor to hazards or risks that might result in illness, personal injury, bodily harm, death and/or damage to or loss of personal property.

I/We understand that AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC. in no way represents or acts as an agent for any entity, including transportation carriers or other suppliers of services, connected with this tour.

I/We also understand that if the Minor should have any legal problem(s) with foreign nationals and/or the government of any foreign country or territory visited, I/We am/are solely responsible for resolving the matters(s) and AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC. is not responsible for providing any assistance.

I/We hereby accept all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen by myself/ourselves, the Minor and/or AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC. On behalf of the Minor, myself/ourselves and my/our personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, I/we hereby release, acquit, forgive, and forever discharge and hold harmless AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC., its employees, officers, representatives, servants and agents ("AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC." Releasees") from any and all actions, claims, demands, suits, agreements, judgments, proceedings, liabilities, costs and/or expenses (including without limitations, attorney's fees and costs), whether arising in equity or in law, and in particular arising out of or in connection with the Minor's participation in this tour, including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of or connected with any illness, personal injury, bodily harm, death and/or damage to or loss of personal property that may occur from participation in this tour, scheduling of this tour, any transportation associated with this tour, and any activities, including adjunct activities, associated with this tour.

I/We further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC. Releasees against loss from any further claims, demands or actions that may subsequently be brought by myself/ourselves, the Minor or any other persons on the account of damages of any

character resulting to the Minor myself/ourselves or my/our property in any way from any activities associated with this tour.

This General Release of Liability shall remain binding upon all successors in interest and personal representatives of the contracting parties, to the extent permitted by law. This General Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of New York without regard to, Choice of Laws.

In the event that any panel or other body finds any single provision, clause, section or part of this General Release of Liability to be void, invalid, unlawful or against public policy for any reason, such single provision, clause, section or part shall be ineffective but shall not in any way invalidate or affect any other single provision, clause, section or part of this General Release of Liability.

I/We hereby warrant that I/we have read this General Release of Liability in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I/We am/are aware that this General Release of Liability releases AKHET TOURS INC. & HAPI INC. Releasees from liability and contains an acknowledgement of my/our voluntary and knowing waiver of rights that may be afforded to me/us and the Minor by law and assumption of risks associated with the Minor's participation in this tour.

I/We further acknowledge that failure to witness and/or notarize this General Release of Liability shall not affect its validity.

Unless one parent or legal guardian has court-ordered sole custody/guardianship of the Minor, both parents or legal guardians are required to sign.
