Please fill out this form the day you notice your female went into heat. We will start Progesterone Testing on day 7/8 of the Heat Cycle. Please call or text 267-885-4808 to schedule your Nurse Appointment at DAMC. Our Progesterones are run in house and results will be back to you within 1 hour. If you are going elsewhere for Progesterone please fill out this form, and email Progesterone Test results to repro@damcvets.com or our Reproduction Doctor to interpret and give Breeding guidance. ($35.00 Interpretation Fee).
