          • Vendor Information

            All vendors must set up on Saturday, May 9th. Doors will open as early as 7:30 AM.

            Market doors will open at 10 AM and close at 3 PM. Please do not begin taking down your booth until 3 PM.

            **Vendor applications will be accepted until February 20, 2026. You will be notified whether you have been selected as a vendor on or before February 24, 2026.**

            Booth Requirements and Merchandising
            All spaces must be styled and merchandised to create an attractive and creative display. Please note the following guidelines:
            - No flea market style setups
            - No uncovered tabletop displays
            - All tabletops must be covered with fabric or cloth that reaches the floor
            - The covering you choose must represent a professional display

            Tablecloths are available for rent through the Humboldt Chamber at the vendor's expense. You must notify the Chamber if needed 2 weeks in advance.

            In addition to this application, vendors must supply pictures of their products and display. You may upload these images to your application or email them to FESTIVAL@HUMBOLDTCHAMBER.COM. Please remember that pictures must accompany your application for consideration.

            Payment Information
            Do not send payment until you are notified that you have been selected as a vendor. We will announce vendor selections on or before February 24, 2026. The vendor fee must be paid in full by March 3, 2026. After this date, any unpaid spaces will be offered to other applicants.

            TENNESSEE SALES TAX: Each vendor is responsible for collecting their own sales tax during the show If the vendor is doing permanent business in Tennessee. Local tax is 9.75% CANCELLATION: The West TN Strawberry Festival may cancel this agreement at any time by written notice to the Applicant. If the West TN Strawberry Festival cancels the contract, the fees paid by Applicant shall be returned. In the event the Vendor cannot participate, and cancels the agreement, Vendor fees are non-refundable *The West Tennessee Strawberry Festival & THE UNDERSIGNED APPLICANT agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement for the purpose of displaying and selling merchandise suited for a high-quality event as outlined above.
