    • Cold Drop Delivery

      Pre-portioned sorbet delivered in insulated coolers for offices, schools, and events.
    • Cold Drop Pricing:

      • 50 - 149 cups: ($6.50 each)

      • 150 - 249 cups: ($6.25 each)

      • 250+ cups: ($6.00 each)

      • 50 cup minimum.

      • $50 Delivery/Service Fee locally. $75 Extended.

       

    • School Fundraiser (Public Vending)

      • Students/parents pay individually

      • 10% give-back on net sales

      • Up to 2 hours of service

      • No deposit required

       

       

      Revenue Protection (required)

      Select one of the following:

       

      Option A: Minimum Sales Goal

      • Student-only events: $500 minimum

      • Family/PTA events: $700 minimum

      If actual sales are below the minimum, the remaining balance is invoiced to the school or organization.

       

      Option B: Appearance Fee: $250 flat fee

      • Waives the minimum sales requirement

      • Non-refundable once the event date is reserved.

       

    • Deposit & Payment (Info Only)

      • 50% deposit due at time of booking to secure date.
      • $50 Service/Setup Fee is required for ALL local catering events. $75 extended areas.
      • Remaining balance due at conclusion of the event.
      • Deposit is non-refundable upon payment and is handled in advance by credit/debit card/ACH.
      • Date is not held without deposit. Cancellation still forfeits deposit.
      • Knightly Rose accepts credit/debit card, ACH or company/business checks payable to Knightly Rose. Personal checks are not accepted.
      • Returned checks incur a $50.00 charge.
    • NOTE: All pricing includes applicable sales tax.

    • Service Basics

    • • Service begins at the scheduled start time and ends after 2 hours.
      • Additional service time billed at $100 per hour if available and approved on-site.

    • Setup & Access

    • • Knightly Rose requires to be 1 hour on-site before service start time for setup, prep and health compliance.
      • Accessible space for truck/cart setup must be available at the venue.
      • Soft-Serve Bar is served from the truck only (outdoor setup).

    • Weather & Safety (Info Only)

    • Knightly Rose operates in normal weather conditions including rain. Service only pauses or cancels if conditions are unsafe or prevent legal parking or operation, such as sleet, snow, ice, severe wind, or lightning. Determination of unsafe conditions for staff and/or equipment will be made by Knightly Rose. If service is postponed for safety reasons, the client may reschedule within 12 months subject to availability. Deposits remain non-refundable (not applicable to school fundraising events).
